Terms of the Third International Discus Championship
Warsaw 2011.
§ 1
Third International Discus Championship Cup hereinafter, is organized by the association: Polish Club of Discus Lovers. They are open to the public. The participants may consist of both affiliated and not affiliated aquarists: local and foreign, based on the findings of these regulations.
§ 2
Championship will be held in the Zoo-Expo Fair on 29.09-2.10.2011 in Warsaw at the exhibition hall MT Polska, Street. Mars 56 C.
§ 3
The condition of participation in the Championship are: the terminable declaration of the fish of the Symphysodon genus on specially designed for this purpose forms and a timeshare payment (determined by the organizer) for every exhibited fish.
§ 4
The score of the contest submitted Discus will be conducted according to the rules developed by the College of Judges of the Polish Club of Discus Lovers, specially established for this purpose committee of judges with the participation of foreign judges. The jury is determined by the Organizer
§ 5
All aquarists taking part in the championship, regardless of the won place, will receive a special commemorative medal and, in addition, a special diploma for each exhibited Discus.
§ 6
Aquarists rewarded with special Championship medals do not receive special commemorative medals.
§ 7
In the general classification places from 1 to 3 are awarded with special medals: gold, silver, and bronze as well as diplomas, according to the principles set out in § 5 and 6 of these Regulations
§ 8
In the classification of wild Discus places one 1 to 3 are awarded with special statuettes, medals: gold, silver, and bronze, as well as diplomas, according to the principles set out in § 5 and 6 of these regulations.
§ 9
The colour groups winners will be awarded for places 1 to 3 with special statuettes, medals: gold, silver, and bronze, as well as diplomas, according to the principles set out in § 5 and 6 of these Regulations.
§ 10
The bearer of Responsibility for Championship organization is held by, indicated by Board of PKMD, who fulfills their function based on The Office of Artistry, appointed for this purpose.
§ 11
Complaints against decisions of the Commissioner of the Championship made by the entrant may be submitted only in writing within a period - until the end of the Championship. They are dealt expeditiously by the Board PKMD.

III POLNISCHE DISKUSMEISTERSCHAFTEN WARSCHAU 2011
§ 1
III Polnische Diskus Meisterschaften, weiterhin Meisterschaften genannt, organisiert durch: Polnischer Club der Diskusliebhaber. Es sind offene Meisterschafften. Es kann jeder polnischer und ausländischer Aquaristen teilnehmen, auch individuell, der sich an die genannte Regeln hält.
§ 2
Die Meisterschaften finden in Rahmen der Ausstellung ZOO-Expo von 29.09 – 2. 10. 2011r. in Warschau in Expo Halle MT Polska przy ul. Marsa 56 C statt.
§ 3
Die Bedienungen an der Teilnahme ist rechtzeitige Anmeldung von Fischen aus der gat. Symphysodon die ausgefüllte Anmeldekarte sowie Bezahlung von jeden angemeldeten Fisch und Teilnahmegebühren.
§ 4
Die Benotung der Diskus und Verlauf wird nach Bestimmungen von Gremium Jury Polnischer Club der Diskusliebhaber (PKMD)abgestimmt . Benotung durch Polnische und Ausländischer Jury die vom Veranstalter ausgewellt wird.
§ 5
Alle Teilnehmer bekommen, unabhängig von besetztem Platz eine Medaille, und für jeden ausgestellten Diskus eine besondere Urkunde.
§ 6
Erinnerungsmedaillen bekommen keinen Aquaristen, die spezielle Medaillen gewonnen haben.
§ 7
In der Hauptqualifikation, sind die Plätze 1 – 3 mit Pokalen und Urkunden dotiert sowie Goldener, Silberne und Bronze Medaille zu gewinnen siehe Regeln § 5 i 6
§ 8
In der Klassifikation der „Wilden Diskus” sind die Plätze 1 – 3 mit speziellen Goldener, Silberne und Bronze Medaille dotiert, sowie speziellen Urkunden laut § 5 und 6.
§ 9
In der Klassifikation der , einzelnen Farbgruppen sind die Plätze 1 – 3 mit speziellen Goldener, Silberne und Bronze Medaille dotiert, sowie speziellen Urkunden laut § 5 und 6.
§ 10
Für die Organisation der Meisterschaften, ist das Komitee der PKMD verantwortlich – Meisterschafft-Kommissar, übernimmt diese Funktion nach Regeln des Meisterschaftsbüros.
§ 11
Reklamation sowie fehlerhafte Entscheidung vom Kommissar, kann der Teilnehmer nur schriftlich machen und nur bis Ende der Meisterschaften abgeben. Sie werden im Eiltempo vom Vorstand der PKMD bearbeitet.
§ 12
Diese Regeln wurden erstellt laut Beschluss des PKMD Vorstand.

III Międzynarodowych Mistrzostw Dyskowców
Warszawa 2011.
§ 1
III Międzynarodowe Mistrzostwa Dyskowców zwane dalej Mistrzostwami, organizowane są przez stowarzyszenie: Polski Klub Miłośników Dyskowców Mają one charakter otwarty. Mogą w nich uczestniczyć zarówno zrzeszeni, jak i nie zrzeszeni akwaryści krajowi oraz zagraniczni, w oparciu o ustalenia niniejszego regulaminu.
§ 2
Mistrzostwa odbędą się w ramach Targów ZOO-Expo w dniach 29.09 – 2. 10. 2011r. w Warszawie na hali wystawienniczej MT Polska przy ul. Marsa 56 C.
§ 3
Warunkiem uczestniczenia w Mistrzostwach jest terminowe zgłoszenie ryb z rodzaju Symphysodon organizatorowi na specjalnie opracowanych do tego celu formularzach, a także wpłacenie w oznaczonym czasie ustalonej przez organizatora kwoty pieniężnej za każdą wystawianą rybę.
§ 4
Ocena dostarczonych na konkurs dyskowców zostanie przeprowadzona wg zasad opracowanych przez Kolegium Sędziowskie Polskiego Klubu Miłośników Dyskowców przez specjalnie powołaną do tego celu komisję sędziowską z udziałem sędziów zagranicznych. Jej skład ustala organizator.
§ 5
Wszyscy akwaryści biorący udział w Mistrzostwach, bez względu na zajęte miejsce, otrzymają medal okolicznościowy, a ponadto, za każdego wystawionego na Mistrzostwach dyskowca dyplom.
§ 6
Medali okolicznościowych nie otrzymują akwaryści uhonorowani na Mistrzostwach medalami specjalnymi.
§ 7
W klasyfikacji generalnej miejsca 1 – 3 premiowane są specjalnymi statuetkami, medalem złotym, srebrnym i brązowym oraz dyplomami, wg zasad określonych w § 5 i 6 niniejszego Regulaminu.
§ 8
W klasie dyskowców dzikich, miejsca 1 – 3 premiowane są specjalnymi statuetkami, medalem złotym, srebrnym i brązowym oraz dyplomami, wg zasad określonych w § 5 i 6 niniejszego Regulaminu.
§ 9
Zwycięzcy poszczególnych grup barwnych za miejsca 1 – 3 premiowani będą specjalnymi statuetkami, medalem złotym, srebrnym i brązowym oraz dyplomami, wg zasad określonych w § 5 i 6 niniejszego Regulaminu.
§ 10
Za organizację Mistrzostw odpowiedzialny jest wyznaczony przez Zarząd PKMD - Komisarz Mistrzostw, który pełni swą funkcję w oparciu o powołane do tego celu Biuro Mistrzostw.
§ 11
Zażalenia na decyzje podejmowane przez Komisarza Mistrzostw, uczestnik konkursu może składać jedynie w formie pisemnej, w terminie - do czasu zakończenia Mistrzostw. Są one rozpatrywane w trybie przyspieszonym przez Zarząd PKMD.
§ 12
Regulamin opracowano na podstawie uchwały Zarządu PKMD.
